Well before I remake any of these lmps for v1.4 so that you can actually
see the percentages, I decided to repost these before I nuke them off of
my hd.  These are 100% secrets/kills on all levels at ultra violence starting
out with a pistol on each level.  As a signature that I've done these levels,
my authentication is my exit dance... it goes:

180 degrees CW, 360 deg CCW, 180 deg CW, EXIT

If you notice anything that I've missed, let me know as I'll correct them
when I release the v1.4 or v1.5 version LMP's.  enjoy!
